Meticulously handmade following the design and specifications of Aaron Franklin of Austin Texas, this smoker is mounted to a brand new 8ft x 14ft trailer. The trailer and Franklin BBQ Pit were originally commissioned by Barn Fire BBQ and was made to look like a barn by using sheet metal with a rusted surface on the outside. The trailer alone is valued at $5,400 and is 12ft 6in tall and 8ft wide.
The BBQ smoker has a cooking area of 3ft x 10ft and four 40 pound doors which are counterweighted for such ease of opening and closing that even a dainty young lady can easily operate them. Beautiful details such as horseshoe handles and knobs make this a perfect money-making machine!

The 60lb doors stay open until you close them and are counterweighted so again, even that dainty young lady can easily operate them.
This smoker is dressed up with safety grill over the firebox, has five high-quality gauges, and is super easy to use and operate. Wheels are not included.
